The Co-Ownership Model

Since 2013 Lifestyle Asset Group has been a pioneer in this proven co-ownership model, where you, along with a small group of like-minded families, co-own a vacation property, with each family only paying their share of the ownership costs.

THE INVESTMENT

Pricing includes the 1,899,000 purchase price, Sports Utility Vehicle for owner use, LLC reserves, interior design, inspections, title, closing costs, a syndication fee for bringing the co-owners together, and the creation of the legal contracts for the LLC.
